With humble regards to you sir I am vikash singh residance of panchwatinagar bazasamiti patna 800016. Sir with glad I say you I bought a electric kettle on 16 January 2021. After a year in the problem of electric kettle. And my warranty is two years then I go vishal mega mart to replace my electric kettle. When I go there here sales man said me there is physical damage. But problem is warranty card has not written to anywhere this card and any sale man not said that when I purchase.
Please sir I humble request to you resolve my problem as soon as possible
