I have been consulting with Dr Neha Yadav since May'18 for laser, moles removel & some marks on my neck & back area.
1. Moles - have paid full price at first go but unfortunately none of them have gone completely. Most of the time she is not available.
2. Marks on Neck & Back - she has prescribed me several creams infact a new cream & medicines on my every visit(almost every month). Have spent a lot but ZERO Result .
3. Laser - have paid full amount for 6 sessions.Best part is doc is never available at the time of laser & it is solely done by some third party technician.
1st session of laser : there was no electricity so clinque asked me wait for hours
4th session : technician burnt my lip, lower jaw line & complete cheeks area.
machine stopped working in the middle of the session.
after all this, its been more then 1 month i have been chasing Dr Neha to help me because my face is completely red with boils all over it but nothing happened. I even requested for refund for atleast remaining laser sessions but again no response.
Now have consulted another dermatologist because i have lot of redness & burning on my face and to my surprise my dermatologist told me that your face is burnt deep due to laser & in order to fix it we need to perform surgery which will cost me around 1.5-2 lacs
have all the evidences bills/prescriptions/pics
