I have purchased some beauty products from a person named as Pragya agarwal for Brands Name M.A.C & Loreal Paris, she was selling products at very low price than in market, I got amazed & asked her if the products are genuine & original, she assure me that the products are original, but when i bought them & sold them to my customers, my customers complaints me that the products are fake as they were already using the original products & it was simple to trace the difference of fake & original products, i have taken back the all products from my customers & refunded them back the whole money, but when i asked Pragya agarwal for refund she is making excuses & applying conditions for refund. I just want my refund please do the needful as she has cheated me in every way & now not responding to my call also.her contact no. is 8889773338 & lives in Rajasthan
