Extended medical treatment done without telling the patient

I got the gums grafting surgery done by Doctor Divyaraj post discussion with Dr. Nisha Bali and I was told about the treatment cost to be Rs.26,000 and the surgery was scheduled for 29th April, 2023. However, the doctor extended the medical treatment to the entire lower jaw (which they said to be three sides lower full jaw CTG grafting) and increased the cost by almost Rs.30,000 without any prior discussion with me, neither I was told about the additional cost involved for this procedure and due to numbness I wasn't able to talk to them about the higher cost...
