Shopping complaint regrading duplicate LOREAL PARIS KAJAL products

I had bought an LOREAL PARIS KAJAL from a local distributor few days back and after using it i found out that the product is duplicate and when i went to the seller he was not ready to accept and din't even agreed on giving me the bill of the product. After looking upon the issue i found out that the whole market is flooded with these local duplicate products which looks exactly same like the original product and making fool of the consumer. Not only Loreal paris, they have duplicate cosmetic products of Maybeline, LAKME etc. which are big brands and people buy them on their brand value. Even we can read the reviews of these products on various online websites selling these products such as AMAZON, SNAPDEAL etc. most of the buyers are agrieved by these duplicate products which they are selling with discounts and the local sellers are selling these items on MRP only.

kindly look into the matter and bring this issue in the knowledge of these companies.
