I had ordered items from nykka on 17th August which has yet not been delivered. Though i was supposed to get it by 21st AUGUST BUT STILL IT IS IN TRANSIT. WHEN ITS TIME TO TAKE MONEY THEY HARDLY TAKE 2 MINUTES TO PROCESS IT. BUT WHEN ITS TIME TO DELIVER THE GOODS THEN EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS OF NO USE. ALL THEY DO IS BLAME ON THE DELIVERING COMPANY. IF BLUE DART IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY THEN WHY ARE YOU WORKING WITH THEM. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ASAP. I WANT MY PRODUCTS BY TODAY. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING NYKKA SINCE MORNING BUT IT HAS BEEN OF NO USE.
