Health policy return but company not return me policy amount , PHCI has been issued a CHEQUE but Cheque has been bounce , two policy buy from PHCI , policy amount is 10000 Each , I have return all policy document by hand PHCI issued two cheque of 8796 RS but has been retured by bank

So please help me
