I PURCHASE A HAIR REMOVAL CREAM OF NATURES ESSENCE BRAND. WHEN I OPEN TO USE IT I FOUND THERE IS NO MOISTURE IN CREAM AND ITS TOTALLY HARD TO APPLY ON SKIN. I ALSO FIND THE WHOLE CREAM IS FULL OF PLASTIC PARTICLES. I APPLIED IT ON MY SKIN AND AFTER 5 MINUTES I REMOVED IT BUT MY WHOLE ARMS WAS BURNT DUE TO HUGE PLASTIC PARTICLES IN IT. SO NOW I AM TOTALLY HRASSED BY USING IT AND WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST CO. TO PROVIDE US SUCH CHEAP PRODUCT IN THE MARKET. WHICH ARE HARMFUL FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
