sir mera name basant kumar rathiya hai mera bal bahut patla hai uske liye mai dr. batra's clinic gya aur dr. se mila unhone mujhse kaha ki1 year ka treatment hai bal aa jayenge treatment suru kiya novmber me mera treatment khatm ho gya mere naye bal nhi aaye

    मेरा टिरटमेंट रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ में नवम्बर 2013से जब में 18 साल का था‌, शुरूआत किया था। यहां से केस का ट्रांसफर चेन्नई हुआ । जिसका नवम्बर 2014में 2साल के लिए याने कि नवम्बर 2016 तक के लिए रिनीवल किया गया।
    फिर दिसंबर 2016 में रायपुर में रिनीवल कर वैल्लूर ,तमीलनाडु के लिए टारसफर कर मई 2017तक इलाज चला। फिर जून 2017से अभी तक मेरा इलाज रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ में चल रहा है।
    परन्तु इन 4 सालों तक के इलाज के बावजूद मेरा बालों का गिरना झड़ना एवं रूसी का बनना बंद नहीं हो पाया है । जबकि मुझे बताया गया था कि 2साल के इलाज से सब ठीक-ठाक हो जायेगा। इस तरह आप के किलीनिक द्वारा मेरा साथ खिलवाड़ किया गया। जिससे मुझे बहुत ज्यादा मानसिक तनाव हो रहा है।
    मेरा केस बार बार कहने के बावजूद वैल्रालूर‌ से रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ टारसफर नहीं किया गया है। इन 4 सालों में हर बार पेंशट नम्बर बदलाव किया गया। हर साल नये सिरे से शुरुआत किया गया। अभी रायपुर वाले केस वैल्लूर से मंगा नहीं पा रहे हैं। ओर फिर अब नये सिरे से शुरू करेंगे।‌‌‌‌ इस तरह मेरे साथ मेरे साथ आपके किलिनीक द्वारा अत्याचार, दुर्व्यवहार के साथ मानसिक शोषण किया जा रहा है।
    ‌‌‌अतः मैं आप से न्याय चाहता हूं।
