Complaint against VLCC regarding leaser hair removal treatment

It's been more than a year I am taking leaser services from VLCC. I already paid the amount twice still not satisfy with the result and the staff there is also not reverting properly. I request you to please look into the matter asap. I just want back the amount I paid for the services that's it.
