Complaint against bad service leading to hair damage - Orange Salon, Anoop Nagar, Indore

I visited Orange salon on 23 Jan'18 for Hair smoothening. I spoke to them before hand how i want my hair to be and they assured me that hair will be smoothened using best product and hair color will be done and hair cut will be given. For all this service, they gave me a budget of Rs.5500/- which i agreed to.
After smoothening and hair coloring, they asked me to wait for 2 days and come back for wash. Right after hair coloring, i informed them that my hair is still grey and coloring is not done properly. They agreed to give a touch up after 2 days.

Their staff Mr.Kapil is not even trained professional. After 2 days, they gave me hair touch up and wash. To my surprise, my hair was straightened and not smoothened. The ends of my hair became poker straight. I had already told them before the treatment that i dont want my hair to be poker straight and they assured me that it won't.

Again after showing to Mr. Kapil, he said that after doing shampoo twice, my hair will become normal but it didnt. i got my hair checked from another reputed parlor and he said that Orange has done extra processing at the ends and they should not have used iron at the ends.

I called the owner of the salon, Ms.Sonia and as usual she was not available. I also visited the salon to show her the condition of my hair but she was not there. I messaged her on whatsapp but no reply.

Finally, after a few days, she called back and i told her the whole story. She apologised and agreed to give me a refund by evening on the same day and asked for my account details which i gave. This chat happened on 11 Feb'18.

Since then, Ms. Sonia has refused to reply on whatsapp or take my calls. Each time i call, her staff says, she is busy.

My hair is damaged and the ends look like broom. I am very unhappy with the way Orange salon staff has treated me and my hair. I need full refund.

Smoothening makes hair look natural but they have done straightening of my hair and now my hair looks horrible.
