I AM CONTINOUSLY HARRESED BY UNKOWN RECOVERY AGENTS (GUNDAS).I DONT KNOW THAT PERSON WHETHER HE IS REALLY FROM TATA OR SOME OTHER RECOVERY AGENCIES.AS PER SUPEREME COURT ORDER RECOVERY AGENTS SHOULD BE TRAINED WELL MANNERED.
(2) THEY SHOULD NOT USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR HARRESED BY VISITING HOME AND HARRISING NEGIHBOURS.
(3) THE NUMBER THEY ARE CALLING IT SHOULD BE LISTIED ON COMPANY WEB SITES...NOTHING IS RULES AND REGULATION IS FOLLOW BY BANK PEOPLE...
RECOVERY AGENTS ARE CONTINOUSLY HARRISING ME N SENIOR CITIZEN WOMEN...BY VISITING THE HOUSE...THREATING HER BADLY BY VISITING HOUSE...BECAUSE OF THIS LADY HEALTH GONE DOWN.....WHEN I TOLD THEM TO FOLLOW LEGAL PROCEEDINGS THEY SAID THEY WILL HARRESED LIKE THAT ONLY DO.WHAT EVER U WANT TO DO...I THINK THE UNKOWN RECOVERY AGENTS ARE ABOVE THE JUDICIARY...IF NO THEN WHY THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES N REGULATION OF RBI & SUPEREME COURT
THEY INSULTED THE SENIOR CITIZEN IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY WHICHBIS NOT ACCEPTABLE..AT NIGHT 9 PM ALSO I AM HARRESED BY THIS UNKOWN RECOVERY AGENTS WHICH IS NOT THE OFFICAL TIMING OF WORK...
SO BECAUSE OF THIS MY MY HEALTH IS GONE VERY DOWN...MY NERVOUS SYSTEM HURT BADLY....AS I M STARTED SUFFERING FROM ANIXETY...SO I REQUEST BANK PEOPLE NOT TO HARRESED PEOPLE LIKE THIS....I AM VERY WELL QUALIFIED PERSON...BUT THOSE UNKOWN RECOVERY AGENTS ARE BEHAVING TO ME LIKE IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE....I REQUEST BANK MANAGER...BANK SENIOR TO STOP SUCH KIND OF UNKOWN RECOVERY AGENTS.( GUNDAS) TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS WITH PEOPLE....AND REQUEST THEM ALSO NOT TO IRRITATE LADIES /SENIOR CITIZEN PEOPLE BY VISITING THEIR HOUSE AND THREATING THEM....BY CALLS ETC...
