Hi Sir,

I have any outstanding loan from citi financial which was taken in the year 2005, I have paid EMI until April 2007.

Due to personal problems I am not able to pay the EMIs, Now i am getting calls from Kotak, I was clearly told to the recovery agent saying will come to bank and settle the issue on 13th January 2018, he is calling my company HR and treating them.

Now there is a big threat for my job. If i loose job there is no other way I can able to solve the issue.

Please help to resolve t

    Due to Covid-19 my job is not regularly and my personal problems I am not able to pay the EMIs,from last 2-3 months Now i am getting calls from Kotak, I was clearly told to the recovery agent saying will pay Emi from next months, he is calling my company HR and my relatives l and treating them.
