Harassment by Hathway, made several complaints but Hathway hear complaints

Since 2 months I could not get TV signals in my premises, even though I
Paid charges for 3 months in advance.
I have made several complaints but Hathway hear complaints with deaf years
Hathway does not resolve complaint nor refund my charges
I Request you to take action against hathway and get me compensation for harassment for more than 2 months
