This is regarding a return of product order I'd: 20161011086736 , purchased from ShopCJ channel , the details are :
Purchased order : 11/10/2016
Order Amount: 3049 rupees
Requested return due to very poor quality on : 19/10/2016
Product picked up company on :29/10/2016 , that too after many follow ups
Followed up for refund since 29/10/2016
STILL I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUND , INSPITE OF FOLLOWING UP MANY TIMES AS WELL AS PROVIDED BANK DETAILS ON : 14/10/2016

The customer care service is very pathetic they don't have answers to any queries, the higher management doesnot take any action, as well as the customer care contact is not toll free, due to which my money is also spent to repetitive calls to them.
