Harassment by Zomato order was booked through Zomato app

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
When the order was booked through Zomato app it was offering the discount. But when I booked then the complete amount was deducted without any discounts which is a breach of offer from Zomato side.
Secondly when I saw that the amount was wrongly deducted due to their system negligence then I immediately called up the agent and asked him to cancel the order. Till that time he was not even reached there and he confirmed to me that the amount will be refunded. Therefore I cancelled my order.
Now the first thing is that Zomato is at fault because the full amount was deducted even after offering the discount which is wrong.
Secondly Zomato's own staff confirmed that the refund will be made and that's why I proceeded for cancellation.
Therefore Zomato should refund my money immediately because its their system mismanagement and a customer should not get suffer due to that.


This is a case of harassment. It's their fault at the first place so they should admit it and refund the complete amount as soon as possible.

I have asked them to call me several times but they reverted with the same response through mail that the refund is not possible. Please help me getting my hard earned money back. Its not the matter of small amount but its my hard earned money and i will not give it to such fraud company just like that due to their mistake and poor management.
