Hello, Myself Nayankumar Ambaliya student of Sutex bank college of computer applications and science. I have internet from GTPL, which is not working since 18th and they have policy to resolve any complaint in 24 hours, its 48 hours passes but there's no response from them, they also closed down my complaint regarding this without solution. I make at least 10 calls to support and also contacted to appellate authority they also not replying me. I have only lab session and examination of univercity onwards, i have to travel to kamrej from vedroad to my friend home to get internet access, Please find out complaint regarding screenshot.
