I have booked tickets from Ahmedabad to Kochi with goair on 27th dec 2020, They already cancelled two flights for that day and this was the only flight remaining for that day.
I web check in on 25th dec 2020 for the same flight and a boarding pass was generated for 27th of dec 2020. But a day before boarding, i received a message stating that my flight is on 28th of dec.
Now i suffered a loss of money because i had booked a holiday in kerela from 27th dec. One day is lost due to goair.
I called and asked them to help but their was no response from them.
Hence i am complaining against them on tjis portal.
I am a middle class man. I work hard to earn money and save. And due to goair I suffered the loss of money.
