Unprofessionalism, I didn't get any precept for my payment of 6 months

First of all I didn't get any precept for my payment of 6 months and I am a well read person and I belong to doctors family I want to complain that
1) there is a formula which all gym should have a karvenion formula this formula helps to understand how much a person should do cardio exercise and with how much repition and there is nothing like this at the songars gym the trainer knows nothing
2) there are various formulas such as Watkins deloarm that calculates how much an individual should weight lift and the repitition
3) they didn't measure my weight , my heart rate and my blood pressure actually they should because blood pressure tells how much rest is needed
4) trainer is not qualified and knows nothing about the exercise and formulas
These all formulas are necessary for individuals because only at my second day I got a cervical issue and not only me many others also have the same complain and these is deadly and fatal they are not examining anyone
Also they didn't give me any reciept of my money payment please do something
Songars gym is unprofessional and they do not care about consumers I am claiming more money because it is the question of life. Also they didn't give me any discount which they promised.
