I had joined the Universal Gym (Galleria market branch, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon) on 28th August 2017. I had paid Rs 10,000 for 6 months starting 10th Sept 2017 to 11th March 2018. The amount was paid using my Citibank debit card.
The Gym shut without prior notice on 31st Sept 2017. I would like to put a complaint regarding getting my refund.
