Unnecessary delay in Shifting of gas pipieline Rcc point in parking

I had given an application for shifting the rcc point from my building parking on 1st april 2021 to gujarat gas company ltd surat Adajan office. Because due to that rcc point i am facing problem to park my four wheeler on daily basis. Also I've paid rs.2000 for this work in advance .And still it has been 6 months no one has come to shift that point, i called 100 times to the customer care but they are not giving any proper answer they just keep telling me madm you have to wait we can't do anything from our side your application is under request so you wait. And day before yesterday one person comes from their company for checking where to shift the point and we showed them that this point has to be shift then he told ok we come after two days to shift this. And today 2 persons came to my home and said that mam you have made wrong application why you have written your house address in the form when you made this application and you should have write to shift riser in the form you have not written that then i told how can customer know what is the name of your rcc point and what you called it in your company when i made applucation i told then clearly i have to shift rcc point of gas which is in parking he told me to write only alteration of rcc point then it was my fault or your company's fault. Then he just arguing the you have made wrong application you have to again made compain to company. I said i made complain on 1st april and you are coming just to told me that i made wrong application on 8th october 2021 i mean we are so free to go again again to complain for the minor issue. And then he just went telling me that ok then take your refund from company we will not do this work.
How pathetic is the service of gujarat gas company i never imagined.
Kindly help me getting proper solution for this i am tired of complaining again and again but not getting my problem to be resolved.
