Unnecessary delay in Shifting of gas pipieline Rcc point in parking

I have submitted an application to gujarat gas company office at adajan on 1st april 2021 for shifting of rcc point of Gujarat gas from my parking as i had problem from that while parking my four wheeler. But still it is not resolved yet today is date 30.09.2021 i called to customer care 10.15 times but they answer just wait your work will be done. Its been 6 months till i submitted application to them. I asked them to give me a time limit for the work to be done. They said there is no limit just you have to wait your work will be done . No one is taking responsibility of the work i told them to refund my money then also said this cant be refund by us you have to go to office for that. I mean what is the work of customer care no proper answer i received from them they are just delaying unneccessary my work. Kindly help me in this matter.
