Timely Delivery of gas cylinder and customer support

Dear sir, I have booked Indane cylinder refill on 11sept. Yet cylinder is not delivered. I tried to call to agency number also number of time but every time number is going busy (more than 20 times). Other agencies delivers cylinder within 1-2 days. This issue is there since years and agency. Also agency used to cancel booking without prior information after keep consumers waiting for more than week time. there is not Indane agency in Kharghar hence since start delivery is from kamothe only.
