Myself Pankaj Kadav, residing at Badlapur, Thane-421503 applied for new pipeline gas connection to MGL (Mahanagar Gas Limited) on Dec-2018 & paid Rs. 6635/- on 21-dec-2018. MGL failed to provide the gas connection till Jul-19 & when I asked for my refund with interest then MGL deducted registration charges Rs. 885/- even if mistake from MGL. I need Rs. 10000/- from MGL for refund including harrassement, followup & wasting my time in calling /mails.
