The delivery boy asking more amount of payment than of cash memo

We are having a gas connection of jaldeep gas agency of hp gas. Our consumer number is 604750. We have booked a gas cylinder on 21/06/2022 with confirmation number of 519454 and we have received a delivery massage on 24/06/2022 is that hp gas refill delivered with cash memo number 1205098 of rs.1009. but we have not received a cylinder till now. We inquired about it and delivery boy is ready to give a cylinder but denied to give cash memo and asked for rs.1060 as a payment . So that we refused him to give more amount. The delivery boy is not giving us cylinder. This is wrong and kindly register my complaint. We have not received our gas cylinder.
