Gas connection not provided as FEFO by vadodara gas ltd

I am hemang parekh. I have submitted application for new pipe gas connection in march/april 2021 but so far the engineer has not started the work. More over, the engineer has finished same request in my society who has applied after my application. Here the concern person has not followed the FEFO process, i have to pay for gas bottle which is more expensive and inconvinient. I dont want to claim money. Please solve my issue.
