Hello my LPG gas id no is IG 1309 I have booked a LPG cylinder and payed online through amazon pay UPI id on 6/02/2021 and then I called at ideal gas agency and they told me that your cylinder has been booked and your has booked a prepaid order and the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow but the cylinder come at our home on 15/02/2021 and the delivery man asking me for 50 rs extra for the hike of price then I called ideal gas agency agian and asked them why I should pay extra money for the cylinder I have already paid on 6/02/2021 for this order they told me that your cylinder is delivered today so you have to pay I asked my cylinder is booked and I have prepaid order it's not my fault why should I pay I said that I the amount is prepaid then why you have not send me the cylinder then I asked it's your fault or mine then they say it's ideal gas agency fault but you have to pay the hiked amount. So please help me in this matter so in future this should not happen agian with me or anyone please do reply and solve the problem as soon as. Thank you regards
