Sonar Bangla Gas Service - gas booking is getting cancelled at the time of delivery

I have booked gas on 15th Novemeber ref. 451287. After 12 days, I was informed by message that bookng has been cancelled and to book once again. I booked again and on 28th November I was again informed that my booking has been cancelled and to book again. I have again booked. None of the 2 phone nos. of he dealer is working and is saying out of service. What is the remedy I do not know. Even Indane customer care no. 18002333555 is not picking up phone. I have tried atleast 10 times today throughout the day. There is no email id of indane where such complain can be lodged. Please help.
