Against Indane Distributor named NILSIKHA, 139, D.D.Mondal Ghat Road, Dakshineswar, Kolkata - 700076. Despite of our earlier several requests deliveryman never bring weighing meter at the time of supply LPG to the customer. It is said by him that the distributor didn't provide the weighing meter. On 09/11/2018 at the time of supply, it is detected and found that one unsealed LPG seal is broken underweight LPG cylinder is given. On our strong protest and demand to show the weight of LPG, the deliveryman brought a digital weighing meter (unsealed and uncalibrated and Non-ISI) and by that meter, both the cylinders are found underweight. We lodged the complaint to Indane authority over the phone. Against our complaint, the owner of Nilsikha came and observed the whole issue. We submitted a written complaint to him and requested to acknowledge it and resolve the issue immediately. Instantly he and his fellow went away without taking their articles and without resolving the issue having vested interest and ulterior motive best known to them. At about 7 p.m.we reported it to Belghoria P.S. and submitted written complaint to lodge an FIR against Nilsikha for their such mischevious activity of deceiving people/consumers. On 10/11/2018 around 2.30 p.m. at the instruction of Belghoria P.S. they have taken back their underweight two LPG cylinders and digital weighing meter from our premises. But till now 4.51 p.m. on 10/11/2018 we didn't get our proper weight LPG supply.
This is the way of deceiving LPG consumers. It is a severe criminal offense committed by the distributor. We seek and pray for justice.
