Selling leaked gas cylinder

Hi team,

Please be informed that i am bikash from keshtopur, kolkata recently purchased a gas cylinder from one of the local shop near 3 no camp. Here are the issues

First of all the shop keeper is selling the gas cylinder three times higher the price and without any safety precautions.

He also sells leaked gas cylindersand when we try to exchange he refused and even shouted at us.

They are illegally selling CNG gas without anyones permission

Hence, i would like to request you to control these kind of fraudsters and black market of cng gas.
