Refusal to Acknowledge Booking

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: April 8, 2020
I sent the mandatory "IOC" text to 9088324365 for this month's booking on 5th April, 2020. Unfortunately this time I did not get any confirmation of booking as I usually do under normal circumstances.
I called the local distributor office and they keep saying that there is no booking lodged. However on calling up the aforementioned number, the automated message gave me a booking number of 337000.
I would like you to take strict action against Suravi gas, so that such negligencies never occur again.
