Regarding cylinder supply

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: August 5, 2021
I have book my cylinder on 01 Aug 2021 by consumer no. 115644 and its order ref. no.-1211388800027343 but still not received. when i call to agency on mob no. 8003573003 repeatedly but no response is coming from gas agency end even i had gone to taken to self delivery they said gas cylinder is not available and gas cylinder will be received by next Wednesday.
