Refile my single connection gas cylinder, force to 2nd connection

I will Refile my single connection gas cylinder by dealer
but my connection was 1 cylinder
he was said me 1 connection customer block by company so u don't get cylinder
he was force me get double connection and 2400rs paid then got you gas cylinder
but I don't want double connection so he was why force me double connection

please i will request you look at this matter
