Saraf indane wardha not ready to exchange gas regulator

I walked 4 to 5 times to saraf indane wardha to exchange my gas regulator which i bought from pulgaon. I transfered my gas connection to wardha from pulgaon nearly 8 to 9 yrs ago to messers wardha indane. Now agency changed to saraf indane. My gas regulator is get damage and want to replace it but the personnel sitting at saraf indane didnt tell me proper way for exchange and also not ready to exchange regulator and talked with me in abusive language when i asked for written documents require for exchange.
