Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: February 8, 2022
I have booked a cylinder on 19-JAN-2022 with ref no. 2-001807271695 and got text confirmation with invoice no. 5-101930218739 that your cylinder has been delivered. But till date my cylinder has not yet delivered and it's been 18 days I have been continuously following up with GEM GAS SERVICE PROVIDER,KHARAR about my delivery. The staff available there assured me call back after confirmation from delivery boy but didn't get any call back.

My consumer no. is 7208391913

Please confirm where delivery boy has delivered the cylinder if I got text confirmation on registered number.

I'm totally disappointed with such services in such competitive market.
Please look into matter and resolve my issue on urgent basis.
