Non delivery of gas cylinder everytime

Sir my cons.no is 7192.l have booked for gas cylinder on dates 22/12/21 online.l receive message of booking confirmation another message received for invoice generation dt 23/12/21but cylinder is not delivered till 27/12/21.l visit gas agency on 27/12/21 they told me that there is no gas in stock.l came back but after few minutes of my visit I receive message that your order is cancelled due to return thrice.l m shocked to read this message as nobody cannot visit my residence even single time for gas delivery.please do the needful for sure delivery in time.it is great harrassment to me Take necessary action. Thanks
