Pathetic service, I called to Meera Gas service to know the gas booking system

I called to Meera Gas service to know the gas booking system but did not receive the call initially. More than 5 times I called then call was picked up they did not answer my simple question and disconnected the call. Called again, but no luck. Worst services no one care about the customers urgency or need.
