Online payment not considered - A K P GAS AGENCY LUCKNOW

Dear Sir,
My customer no is 22965 and I had booked my Gas refill on 31/3/19.
And paid online got SMS as
"Dear Indane Customer,Booking for cons. no.22965 is registered with Ref No.903463.Online payment made Rs 725.5.Est time of delivery is 3 days
As pér attachment you can see the booking and payment done messages."
I have attached the payment details through my Kotak Bank account.
But while contacting the local distributor he told me to book again and do payment for the new booking. Now I again booked and made payment in cash as
"Cash memo 3000002750 of amount Rs.740.5 generated for booking no. 483228,shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills"
Please help me in reverting my payment or adjust it in my next booking.
