Not receive delivered Gas Cylinder, I booked cylinder and on Sept-12

Sept-08,I booked cylinder and on Sept-12, I received massage that cylinder was delivered vide CM 3000077797 but I did not received cylinder. Again Sept-23,I booked cylinder and on Sept-28, I received massage that cylinder was delivered vide CM 3000085962 but again I did not received cylinder.
Please deliver cylinder and take action against concern delivery man.
