Not deliver gas cylinder

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: May 26, 2022
We have taken new single gas connection as on 15.05.2022 paid rs.3450 we have received only gas regulator and gas pipe at the time of connection. Agency worker says cylinder will be deliver in your address. But til today I have not received cylinder. May I know how many days after cylinder will deliver.
