Non Receipt Indane LPG Gas Cylinder Refill

Please note the following:

03rd July 2020 - I have ordered LPG Refill Gas Cylinder (over phone booking) Ref No.: 2-000487031587

04th July 2020 - SMS received in registered mobile number "Your cyl is delivered". However, NO CYLINDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE. (SMS attached for reference)

Call to the Contact Numbers (landline/mobile) of the Distributor, to resolve the issue, went unanswered. 

Please note that this is a repeated incident. Previously, instance had happened when the cylinder was not delivered and I had to rebook. 

Information from locality: 
(1) Similar instances have happened and have been happening recently wherein cylinders have not been/are not being delivered despite making advance online payment.

(2) Localities have also complained that 14.2 kg cylinders are being delivered which does not contain the requisite amount of LPG, because the cylinders are emptying within a very short span of normal household usage (2/3 days).

(3) LPG Refill Gas cylinders are being siphoned off to other parties without proper booking at the benefit of monetary value.

Under such circumstances, I would like to highlight that I am facing severe difficulties due to non-availability of gas cylinder. This is sheer harassment.

It would be of great help if the proper LPG refill gas cylinder is delivered at my registered address at the earliest alongwith proper valid cashmemo. 

I would also like to raise a STRICT COMPLAIN against the distributor and would like to vote to BLACKLIST such corrupted services leading to harassment.
