Non co-operation during emergency gas leakage

On dated 7/5/17. I connected a new refill gas cylinder at 2.15 pm after my cooking by evening around 8.30pm I noticed a slight leaking sound from the gas cylinder and smell. I thought to reconnect again by the time I touch the regulator it jumped automatically from the cylinder with massive gas leakage with full pressure and we switched off the main electricity line and ran away from the house with my full family. We were hearing the leakage sound from 100mts away from the house. We were all out for more than 3hrs helplessly. By 8.30 pm I called the emergency gas leakage number 18002333555 but no response then I tried 1906 and told the details of emergency and gave me a complain no 316793. And informed me that a mechanic will be visiting in one hr time and the customer care executive informed us that we will be replaced by a new cylinder by tomorrow morning . And the person arrived at 12.30 am and he told he is not a mechanic , he is from vigilance and did not give his name, he told it was nothing and today 8/5/17 at 7 am another mechanic visited and from the local distributor I.e Rajarhat gas service station , he closed the gas safety valve and told today is our weekly off so we cannot replace the cylinder because it was a weekly off for the Rajarhat gas distributor. We had called more than 25times to 1906 help line, we are till now not yet replaced by a new cylinder, it was a nightmare for all of us and their would have been a massive accident in the family and house. We are mentally and physically stressed with my 10yr child without cooking and proper food, so I request to take a severe action against the distributor who did not bother to understand the situation of my family.
