NO new conncection provided after 22 months

Rss.5080 has been paid with Vadodara Gas Ltd on 9.3.21 vide receipt no 097219 for deposit and registration charges towards new gas connection.
The have to provide the same with in 3 months but the are fail to provide
the same while they have provide some connections in my society.

I have compliant too many times and emailed to concern department but fail to resolve issue.
