New gas pipeline connection

I have submitted application for new pipe gas connection on 29th March, 2023 in Vadodara Gas Limited and payment also done on same day but so far the engineer has not started the work. My application number: 376746 and Receipt number: 156885 I have small kids and we all are suffering since long time due to lack of timely service from Vadodara Gas Limited and have to pay for gas bottle which is more expensive and inconvenient. Please solve my issue as soon as possible basis.
