MNGL is not disconnecting my connection and not refunding security deposit

Hello Sir, my MNGL (Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited) BP No. is 50020507. I have requested closure of connection (along with a cancelled cheque) on 14th Dec'22. One MNGL worker then took away the meter within 2 weeks of this. After that I have followed up with customer care (by email and by phone) for more than 10 times about the status of disconnection request & refund of my security deposit. Every time, I get a answer that concern team will do it. But six months have passed and there is no indication of my deposit getting refunded. Also, I continue to get the MNGL bill while the connection disconnection request was given 6 months back. I also spoke to Nodal officer Pune on 3rd May'23 who promised that action would be taken within 2-3 weeks. Now, another 6 weeks have passed and no action is taken.
