Adhar no not deleted from the gas agency system

I had surrendered the gas in year 2014 or so. As our chs got a pipe line connection.
I do not hv any papers.
We shifted to vasai. And we took a gas connection in my fathers name. Our consumer no. Is 18180.
My father expired. Now when I went to vasai west bharat gas office to transfer the gas in my name. They told me that my adhar is linked to my earlier connection which has not been deleted by the mahim agency.
Request you to help me as I am running from mahim to vasai to get things done.
