Somebody is booking my lpg cylinder and paying for it without my knowledge.

I am receiving sms that my lpg cylinder is booked and also delivered to me when in reality I have neither ordered nor have been delivered the cylinder. My distributor is Yash Heera enterprises in Sewri West (tel no 9833061963). My booking id number is 1000827. My name registered is Dr Gayatri Shenoy and my telephone number registered is 9969515522. This has happened twice on 29/6/22 with booking number 38396 and today on 13/9/22 with booking id 70211. On complaining to the distributor is ognoring my complaint saying there might be some error somewhere. This is malpractice on the part of the distributor. I use induction stove and my gas consumption is very less so the distributor is selling my lpg to others every 3 mths.
