MNGL connection not done after 4 months. BP No. 50358621

We had applied for MNGL Pune gas connection and paid full advance on 28.8.2023. We had received BP Number 50358621 through SMS and were told that connection will be done in 3-4 weeks. Also we raised complaint for not getting connection, Complaint no. 11203192 (oct) & 11224461 (dec). They are just doing delays.. and telling us complaint resolved. Technician will come and call.. but still waiting. today is 8-1-2024. How can you help "Jago Grahak jago"
