Less refill of gas/delivery boy not keeping wt balance / getting less waited cylinder

In my last received in sep 05, & with my surprise bottle is empty (21.09.2017),
generally we have only 4 member, generally our cylinder run 35 to 40 days, but this time run only 15 days, &
also at the time of delivery your delivery boy not keeping weight balance, even though we damanded for re weight,
there is some mischief occur in delivery of bottle so pl look in above matter
