Dear sir,

this month gujarat gas ltd bill received and showing previous bill amount 75.00 . Regarding that I call to customer care and got information due to our system issue 16 June 2016 pending charge is received after 1 year today date 14/06/2017. Regarding the charges they are not generating complaint and also not given proper answer. If there system issue every customer why pay 75 rupee.
